Cheap interest is making it easier to buy and finance land and other capitol purchases. It inflates the price of assets. If Biden' s proposal would become law, what would be the effect on the land market and other capitol assets. For those over the proposed estate tax exemptions, would you still consider buying farmland? Interested in others thought. TIA
