I agree it would put a hurt on land values. No longer would 65+ yr olds be buying land at 3x cash flow just to give it it the next gen. It actually might put land values into perspective as far as what its worth from a production standpoint. It also could lower the barrier to entry for younger guys who arent starting with much.
