I am not discounting what this administration may propose.  But, first the dems would have to pass simple majority to replace the filibuster rule of 60.  Then, they would have to get all dems to vote for it, which may not be so easy.  Then they have to get all dems to vote for the "destruction of small businesses and family farms", which may not be so easy.  I can not see any Repub voting with them to give them what they want.  If  something does pass, it will most likely be a little different than what Biden's staff proposes.  He never campaigned on this and will be a shock to most.  And, it would have to be done in 2 years with all the other stuff they want to pass.  I am hoping it won't be as easy as some think or fear.
