north central SD | One way to avoid any increases in estate taxes is to become a true communist. The Hutterites own nothing individually. All land assets are in the "association" and are never (hopefully) sold. No transfer of wealth, no taxes. But, you have to stick with the community in order to benefit. At some point in the future, they will have a huge advantage over anyone else locally as far as land is concerned if this increase goes through. | |
