I know the USDA has to make adjustments to get the number to half work. But what ticks me off is going back and adjusting last years “final” report a year later. Why, oh why, do they not have that info figured out and revisions reported by the middle of the year, say July? That would take out some uncertainty in these “final” year end reports.
