I've read the above posts, and I haven't seen this, but didn't they move the numbers guys to Kansas CIty about a year ago or so.  Alot of the D C guys didn't want to come and they lost a lot of talent.  Just a guess here, but when you move and the people don't move with you, I'd think the new guys hired would need to train and catch up.   Perhaps this is why they have been off so much the last year or so.  We got to have some type of numbers to go off of and going off of private company numbers seems like a disaster waiting to happen.  I say give them the benefit of the doubt and guesses will get better.  

FWIW,  I was saying WTF also when I saw how far they were off.
